ESS month at Altarea: All committed to developing projects with a positive impact
Every year, Altarea organises its Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) month for employees. This is an opportunity for the Group's CSR Department to share with them elements for reflection on this subject. The event also provides an opportunity to highlight Altarea's initiatives in favour of players with a positive impact on its property projects.
Short circuits and intergenerational housing in the spotlight
In addition to providing useful information to help everyone better understand these subjects, Altarea aims to disseminate best internal practices throughout the Group through testimonials and examples of collaboration with SSE players and, more generally, responsible entrepreneurs.
In 2020, as the whole world is going through an unprecedented social, economic and health crisis, it is essential to imagine new forms of sustainable urban development, contributing to the resilience of territories. This unprecedented context has put back at the centre of the reflections the need to support local shops, to strengthen local consumption and production and to give more scope to soft mobility.
By promoting positive-impact solutions among its teams and partners, Altarea is pursuing and strengthening its social commitments in a context where cities are expected to become more inclusive, supportive and environmentally friendly.
