PERIAL launches its CSR program: PERIAL Positive 2030

  • #ODD13
  • #Perial

The PERIAL Group announces its CSR objectives up to 2030. In a global context crystallized around environmental and social issues more than ever, the PERIAL Group is convinced that CSR must structure all its activities.

This is why the Group is launching its PERIAL Positive 2030 program, which reinforces its commitments and sets ambitious objectives for 2030, based on three main elements:

  • The Climate, to actively participate in mitigating climate change
  • The Community, in order to develop the conditions for a sustainable well-being together
  • The Territory, to be a player in more inclusive territories
PERIAL

Each component is broken down into four themes that specify the objectives to be achieved at the Group and subsidiary levels, based on activities that have a positive impact on the climate, the community and the territory.

This program includes the actions historically carried out by the PERIAL Group:

  • On the scale of PERIAL Asset Management by having implemented a responsible investment strategy applied to all of its funds, an approach that was once again rated A according to the UN PRI in 2020.
  • On the scale of PERIAL Développement, by placing at the heart of real estate development projects the issues of energy renovation, connectivity, sanitary quality and comfort of use
  • At the Group level, the new headquarters is an example of energy sobriety and excellence in terms of social.

This program also projects an ambitious vision for 2030 by raising awareness among all of the Group's stakeholders.

The environmental challenge has been an integral part of the Group's activities for many years now. With the PERIAL Positive 2030 program, we are reiterating these ambitions and clarifying our vision and commitments on social and societal issues up to 2030. We are convinced that the objectives of this program are aligned with the expectations of our clients, who want to contribute to the resolution of major social issues. We wish to demonstrate that extra-financial performance and financial performance are positively correlated.
