Icade is a real estate operator, both investor and promoter. We design, build and manage buildings and real estate services in response to new urban uses and lifestyles, as close as possible to the players and users of the city. Our CSR policy is based on solid governance and continuous dialogue with its stakeholders. It is an integral part of the company's strategy with five priority axes:

3 Good health and well-being
  • Implementation of an action plan to improve well-being at work. Starting in 2019.
  • Develop solutions for indoor air quality measurement and management, and enhance communication with users by 2020.
  • Implement air quality analysis campaigns on multi-tenant buildings over 15,000 m² by 2022 for Tertiary Land.
  • For HQE-certified operations, guarantee at least 75% of surfaces made of low-emissive materials from 2020 for Foncière Santé.
  • Implement measures to improve indoor air quality on at least 75% of housing operations from 2019 for the Promotion division.
4 Quality education
  • Achieve 100% environmental appendices and maintain 100% of green lease committees each year for office tenants.

8 Decent work and economic growth
  • Deploy the Responsible Purchasing Charter on 100% of new service contracts for the Commercial Property division, 100% of the construction contracts for the Healthcare division and 100% of construction sites for new buildings in the Promotion division.
  • Continue to integrate CSR criteria into purchasing.
  • Carry out a CSR assessment of 100% of the main service providers and co-build an action plan with all suppliers whose rating is less than 50/100 for the Commercial Property Company.
9 Industry, innovation ans infrastructure
  • Offer 100% of connected and communicating housing for the Promotion division.
  • Develop 100% of new BIM office and housing projects in 2022 for the Promotion division.
  • In 2020, deploy the "e-annex" on 90% of the leases of new buildings for Tertiary Land.

  • Achieve 50% of business parks with positive biodiversity by 2022 for Tertiary Land.
  • Maintain 100% of the parks covered by the EcoJardin label by 2022 for Tertiary Land.
  • Finance the restoration and maintenance of 1 m² of natural space for 1 m² artificialized by property companies as part of the development of new operations from 2019 for the Tertiary and Health Landholdings.
