- For HQE-certified operations, guarantee at least 75% of surfaces made of low-emissive materials from 2020 for Foncière Santé.

Decent work and economic growth
- Deploy the Responsible Purchasing Charter on 100% of new service contracts for the Commercial Property division, 100% of the construction contracts for the Healthcare division and 100% of construction sites for new buildings in the Promotion division.
- Continue to integrate CSR criteria into purchasing.
- Carry out a CSR assessment of 100% of the main service providers and co-build an action plan with all suppliers whose rating is less than 50/100 for the Commercial Property Company.

- Develop at least 75% of operations within 5 minutes on foot of public transport between 2019 and 2022 for the Promotion division.
- Systematically integrate a sustainable mobility offer into all new office and housing operations by 2022 for the Promotion division.
- Participation in the creation of the eco-manager who locally coordinates the management of a district or block; employment and sustainable development charters with local authorities, participation in local consultations.

- Maintain the share of controlled operational waste recycled or recovered at 100% by 2022 for Tertiary Land.
- Integrate a reuse approach for restructuring over 3,000 m² from 2021 for Foncière Santé.
- Integrate a reuse approach for demolitions greater than 5,000 m² from 2020 for the Promotion division.
- Increase the use of purchases from the sheltered and adapted work sector by 50% between 2018 and 2022.

- Gradually adapt the heritage of the Tertiary Land division with solutions to climate change resilience and integrate a climate risk assessment into the asset acquisition policy by 2022.
- Develop at least 75% of new housing operations certified NF Habitat and NF Habitat HQE guaranteeing a good level of resilience.

- Achieve 50% of business parks with positive biodiversity by 2022 for Tertiary Land.
- Maintain 100% of the parks covered by the EcoJardin label by 2022 for Tertiary Land.
- Finance the restoration and maintenance of 1 m² of natural space for 1 m² artificialized by property companies as part of the development of new operations from 2019 for the Tertiary and Health Landholdings.
