On June the 22sd, GRDF and the Association of Agricultural Methanizers of France (AAMF) signed a partnership to jointly contribute to the development of the biomethane injection sector in the agricultural sector.
Referring to the technical, legal and economic aspects of agricultural methanisation, the AAMF regroups more than 200 methanizing farmers spread all over France. The association is in favor of a support mechanism adapted to the development of agricultural methanisation and territorial projects. It also contributes to the promotion of the methanisation process.
The agreement was signed by Edouard Sauvage, Managing Director of GRDF. It will allow GRDF to reinforce the injection of biomethane in France and better guide the project owners of methanisation. GRDF will also be able to rely on the AAMF quality charter for the exploitation of biomethane production sites, in order to favor the structuring of the technical sector.
