At the end of 2016 will be delivered the program "5-Impasse Marie-Blanche". It is a project with 28 accommodations, a nursery and several parking spaces in the center of the 18th arrondissement of Paris. The wooden superstructure constitutes an innovation for the urban habitat mode.
By the quality of the thermal insulation, the performances of technical equipment and the use of natural and renewable materials such as wood or copper, the project meets the environmental commitments of the Altarea Cogedim group. Housing for accession will be certified NF-HQE® (High Environmental Quality) and social housing, H & E® (Habitat and Environment).
This daring project was designed by the architectural firm A. BACHU. Its implantation in the center of a protected historic site has been subject of intense consultation with local residents. After its delivery scheduled for late 2016, the program "5-Impasse Marie-Blanche" will bring together 80 residents.
